Scared Newbie

Hi all,
I am 43 and began noticing hair loss about 3 months ago – have now lost about 70@ of my hair on my head – all hair on my arms and not much left on legs and "elsewhere" I have been using topical steroids and start injections this week. Also trying to get sun when it comes out.

My hairloss is in the "ophiasis" pattern so I can still cover it up but anyone who knows me know something is definitely up. People who don’t probably think I just have aREALLY unfortunate hairstyle :-)

Denial has been my coping mechanism so far but getting harder every day.

Derm has run EVERY lab test in the book – everything is "normal" Am considering another doc – just to make sure something was not missed.

I’m scared and am hoping it still might stop before my hair is all gone. Am I delusional?? Any help an support would REALLY be appreciated.
